As a member of this Peer Mastermind group, you will have access to confidential and proprietary information shared by other members, including but not limited to business strategies, financial information, personal challenges, client information, and other sensitive matters.
By signing below, you agree to the following:
1. Confidentiality: I will keep all information shared within the mastermind group strictly confidential and will not disclose any information to anyone outside the group without explicit written permission from the member who shared it.
2. No Recording: I will not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any portion of our meetings without prior consent from all members present.
3. Respectful Use: I will not use any information shared in the group for my personal gain or in any way that could harm another member or their business.
4. Duration: This confidentiality obligation will continue indefinitely, even after I am no longer a member of the mastermind group.
5. Consequences: I understand that violation of this agreement may result in immediate removal from the mastermind group and may expose me to legal liability.
